Business Continuity Management requires extensive planning to ensure your business stays resilient and functioning, despite any potential disruptive events. With our three new BCM modules – Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management – you now will be able to easily integrate the impact-based approach into your ESRM workframe.

The Business Impact Analysis module will allow you to identify the critical assets, resources and operations, set the Recovery Time Objective and Maximum Time Period of Disruption for each of your Units, pinpoint single points of failure, and assign relevant risks.

The BCP module allows you to set and automate Business Continuity Plans, choose specific Activation Criteria and assign roles and responsibilities within your team so that when a disruption happens, everyone is clear on what to do or who to contact.

Upon activating a Plan, the Crisis Management module will help you handle the situation. Based on the Activation Criteria of your Plans and the recent incident reports in the relevant area, you will receive prompts to activate a plan and enter the crisis mode.

Automated notifications will keep everyone informed, while integrated log and task functionalities will keep the decision-making process clear and documented. Y

ou can choose to work with one, two, or all three BCM modules, depending on your organization’s needs.
